Since May 2023, HENKEL + ROTH has been offering the company bike leasing service to improve the health and satisfaction of employees and thus contribute to long-term employee retention in view of the increasing shortage of skilled workers.
With the company bike leasing service, employees can use bicycles or e-bikes through their employer and thus improve their physical and mental fitness through regular exercise in the fresh air. The offer is rounded off by a broad service and insurance package that guarantees a carefree ride.
In addition to photovoltaics and heat pumps, this is another component of the company's activities to respond to current issues of CO2 neutrality and to promote sustainable mobility.
In addition, 504 trees have already been planted on behalf of HENKEL + ROTH GmbH as part of a reforestation project run by leasing partner FairVenture, and one additional tree is planted every month for each leased bike. In total, over 84,000 trees have already been planted through the project.
