mobile robot 4.0
NEW: Omnidirectional drive and collaborative robot
NEW: mobile robot 4.0
A NEW LEVEL OF AUTOMATION
With the MR 4.0, we present the latest generation of our mobile robot. It has been consistently further developed and equipped with an omnidirectional drive. In combination with its compact dimensions, it enables even more flexible navigation, even in confined spaces. The inductive charging system enables contactless charging of the batteries without interfering with the process. This ensures uninterrupted 24/7 operation. The MR 4.0 has a wide range of applications. They range from the assembly of machine tools to unmanned laboratory operation. Thanks to its wireless technology, the mobile robot is an attractive and advantageous alternative to traditional interlinking solutions such as transfer belts and stationary or gantry robots.
SAFE COOPERATION BETWEEN HUMANS AND ROBOTS
An omnidirectional drive, personnel-certified safety technology and an improved navigation system with high dynamics: with the mobile robot 4.0, we guarantee perfect collaboration between man and machine. The integrated laser scanners generate adaptive protective fields. These adapt to the working environment. In conjunction with the new collaborative CRX- 10iA from Fanuc, this enables safe cooperation between humans and robots in the tightest of spaces.

mobile robot at the EMO 2019 world trade fair in Hanover
The mobile robot MR 3.0 was represented on two stands at the EMO world trade fair for metalworking in Hanover:
At the stand of the world's largest robot manufacturer FANUC, the MR 3.0 equipped a milling machining center. The AGV was equipped with a collaborative robot. This means that additional protective fields are no longer necessary.
At the stand of the South Korean machine manufacturer Doosan, the MR 3.0 equipped an entire machine series consisting of milling, turning and measuring machines. Occupational safety is ensured with horizontal and vertical adaptive protective fields.
mobile robot MR 3.0 - A new level of automation
The mobile robot MR 3.0 represents the third generation of the mobile robot from HENKEL + ROTH. When it was launched, the mobile robot was the world's first fully autonomous mobile robot system.
The MR 3.0 impresses with its exceptional compactness, maximum flexibility and its ability to operate 24/7. It is operated completely wirelessly and moves safely and quickly on industrial floors of all kinds thanks to its optimized chassis.
Human + machine collaboration
The MR 3.0 is characterized by a redundant control system, personnel-certified safety technology and a powerful navigation system.
The integrated laser scanners generate adaptive protective fields that continuously adapt to the current environmental situation and allow humans and robots to work together safely in the tightest of spaces.
