TECHNOLOGIES FOR A NEW LEVEL OF AUTOMATION
With MR 4.0, we are presenting the latest generation of our mobile robot technology platform. As a consistent further development, it enables the integration of an omnidirectional drive for particularly flexible navigation even in confined spaces. The inductive charging system enables contactless charging of the batteries without interfering with the process. This lays the foundation for uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
Technologies linked in this way open up new areas of application. They range from the assembly of machine tools to unmanned laboratory operation. Thanks to wireless technology, mobile robots can be used to develop attractive and advantageous alternatives to traditional interlinking solutions - such as transfer belts and stationary or gantry robots.
SAFE COOPERATION BETWEEN HUMANS AND ROBOTS
An omnidirectional drive, personnel-certified safety technology and an improved navigation system with high dynamics: technologies from the mobile robot 4.0 platform enable perfect collaboration between man and machine. The integrated laser scanners enable adaptive protective fields. These can adapt to the working environment. In conjunction with the collaborative CRX- 10iA from Fanuc, this enables safe cooperation between humans and robots in the tightest of spaces.
